BS Brewing Beer Dinner

Join us for another epic multi-course beer pairing dinner prepared by chefs Rob Snow and Todd Engel at Greenhouse Craft Food on Sunday, April 24.
This dinner will be inspired and paired with beers from BS Brewing, a microbrewery located in Guadalupe County outside of Seguin, TX, and will feature an expertly crafted and curated menu to highlight the Texas brewery’s best brews.
Tickets: $64.12 ($50 plus tax + tip)
Course One: Seguin Ale
Scallops / ale tempura, strawberry horseradish coulis, malt vinegar grits, strawberry powder, popcorn shoots
Course Two: College Chronic Red Ale
Cocoa-crusted Pork Belly / arugula, toasted sesame seed verde sauce, smoked queso fresco, ancho chile peanuts, guajillo sauce
Course Three: Caedmon’s Ale
Juniper-smoked Quail Bacon / baby spinach, goose egg, grilled red onion, warm cider vinaigrette foam
Course Four: Imperial IPA Cask
Bison Slider / rosemary focaccia, shoestring potatoes, pepita pesto. roasted roma tomato, balsamic glaze
Course Five: Pecan Ale w/ Honey
Honey Cake / blue cheese cream frosting, spiced pecan, honey comb, blood orange sauce
