Antonelli’s Cheese Shop: Cheese 101 (Benefiting Sustainable Food Center)
July 30 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm - $40
Antonelli’s “Cheese 101” classes are an intimate way to get to know the “7 Styles of Cheese.” You will guided through each style of cheese and taste specific examples (both pasteurized and unpasteurized), accompanied by olives, nuts, and Easy Tiger bread, as well as a number of additional pairings like chutneys and charcuterie bites, depending on that evening’s cheese selection. This class is Antonelli’s Charitable Cheese Cause Class of the Month. Antonelli’s is proud to partner with Sustainable Food Center and donate a portion of the sales from this event back to their organization. For more information on Sustainable Food Center and how you can get involved, please visit https://sustainablefoodcenter.org/.
Note: Doors open at 6:15pm and the event starts at 6:30pm. You may choose to arrive early and separately purchase wine or beer pairings from the Cheese Shop prior to the class the day of the event. Should you choose to bring your own wine or beer, there is a $4 set-up fee. As the tasting wraps up around 8:00pm, you and your guests will have time to mingle and enjoy the Cheese House, while Antonelli’s cuts-to-order any cheese from the class that you’d like to purchase so you can re-create the tasting at home. Personal delivery of cheese directly to your chair. Does it get any better than that?
