Free Fun in Austin is proud to sponsor Creative Action Community Art Sundays, a totally FREE and fun way to spend an afternoon with the family!


Community Art Sundays will be held at the Center for Creative Action once a month through May! Each event will include active workshops, interactive art experiences, and performances by professional artists that celebrate community through dance, music, food, gardening, parades, and inventing. These free activities are family friendly and open to all

Community Art Sundays will be held from 1-4 p.m. on the following Sundays:

  • Sunday, March 1, 2015 – The theme of this Community Art Sunday is The Art of Food! Creative Action is partnering with Sustainable Food Center to offer activities for all ages including gardening, still life drawing, and family recipes to celebrate the history and culture of our food. The afternoon will also include excitement for the taste buds with tastings and treats from sponsors Chameleon Cold Brew, Nada Moo Ice Cream, and more!
