It’s your birthday! Or, it will be, sometime in the next 364 days. Check out all the freebies you can get on your special day. (Side note: a few of these sites also offer freebies on your anniversary.) It may take a few days for your birthday reward to arrive, so make sure to sign up before your special day.
We’ve checked out that each and every one of these offers is still current, as of April 2015, but things change, so check out the links for details. Also, please do keep in mind that most offers expire soon after your birthday, so you won’t have too much time to take advantage. Without further ado, here’s the list:

Applebee’s – Join the E-Club and get a free entrée with the purchase of one of equal or lesser value on your birthday. New subscribers also receive a coupon for a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée.
Arby’s – Sign up to receive deals via email or mobile and receive a free 12 oz. shake with any purchase (excluding snack items) for your birthday. You will also get free Roast Beef Classic Sandwich with purchase of a drink, just for signing up.
Auntie Anne’s – Sign up for Pretzel Perks and get a coupon for buy one original or cinnamon sugar pretzel, get one free, plus a birthday surprise. Add your family members so they can get their birthday gifts too. Their birthday message will be sent to your e-mail address.
A&W Restaurants – Receive a free A&W Root Beer Float on your birthday when you sign up for the Mug Club. Must be 13 years of age or older to participate.
Barnes & Noble – Sign up your children for the Kids’ Club and receive one free cupcake or fresh-baked cookie, while supplies last, at the Barnes & Noble Café. To redeem this offer, B&N Kids Club Participant must present the Café server with (i) a B&N member card or B&N Kids’ Club loyalty card and (ii) the printed e-mail featuring the same Member/loyalty card number and the Free Birthday Treat offer coupon code.
Baskin-Robbins – Sign up for the Birthday Club and receive a coupon for a free 2.5-oz. scoop or 3 oz. swirl of soft serve. One coupon per purchase per customer. May not be combined with other offers.
BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse – Sign your child up for KidsLink and receive a surprise on his or her birthday.
BookPeople – BookPeople offers a free Birthday Club for kids. Parents can simply fill out a short form in the store, and BookPeople will mail a postcard to your child during his or her birth month for $5 to spend in the store.
Boston Market – Sign up for the V.I.P Club and receive $3 off your next purchase of $10 or more and a special treat to celebrate your birthday.
Bruegger’s Bagels – Join Bruegger’s Email Club and receive a free bagel with cream cheese and “a little something” on your birthday.

IHOP – When you join the Pancake Revolution, you receive a free full stack of Rooty Tooty Fresh N’ Fruity Pancakes. You’ll get free pancakes on your birthday and on your one-year anniversary of joining. Must be 13 years of age to participate. Jack in the Box – Print out the coupon on the Jack in the Box website to receive 2 free tacos the week of your birthday with a purchase at participating locations.
Jason’s Deli – Receive a $5 coupon on your birthday when you register for the e-mail list.
Jersey Mike’s Subs – Sign up for the Jersey Mike’s Subs Email Club and receive a free sub & drink coupon valid for your birthday, sent out to your email a week beforehand. If you confirm your subscription less than a week before your birthday, you will get your free sub & drink next year.

Even if your favorite establishment isn’t on this list, it’s worth mentioning it’s your birthday if you visit, since sometimes servers or restaurants “unofficially” will offer you a free dessert or another freebie. Have a wonderful birthday!
