Ring in the new year with a free, fun and family-friendly celebration by Lady Bird Lake in Downtown Austin!
Austinites can enjoy more free music and entertainment along Lady Bird lake this New Year’s Eve. Ray Wylie Hubbard and Shinyribs are taking top billing at the City’s Austin’s New Year Event.
The annual alcohol-free celebration will showcase a variety of art, food trucks and live music from 22 bands on four stages.
Austin’s New Year celebration begins at 3 p.m. on December 31, 2016 at Vic Mathias Shores, South 1st Street and Riverside Drive, with a fireworks finale at 10 p.m.
