Amazing instructor Heather teaches KinderDance at local studios. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. Her choreography has won numerous awards over the years. FREE Holiday Tree Recycling!

The City of Cedar Park invites you to bring your holiday tree for recycling to the recreation center parking lot. Tree mulch will be used for landscaping at City parks and facilities. Please remove all decorations, ornaments and stands from your tree. Don’t have time to drop off? You can have Boy Scout Troop 233 pick up your tree and bring it to the recycling center for you! The Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art at the University of Texas at Austin is one of the largest university art museums in the U.S. with 189,340 square feet. Lucky for us it’s FREE on Thursdays. Advance online timed tickets are still required. Free Thursday tickets are first come, first served, and are released with the week’s tickets on the Friday before the week begins.

On the trail with the Buffalo Soldiers

Join on the lawn in the Central Plaza for an outdoor, open-air and family-friendly songwriter series to help us get through COVID-19 together with live music. Pick up beer, wine, cider, non-alcoholic beverages and farm-fresh snacks from Vista Brewing’s Pop-Up Beer Garden, located right on the Central Plaza. Bring your own chair or blanket and hang out on the lawn.Masks are required when not seated at your table or picnic area. Please maintain social distance from other guests.

A Live One is BACK at the jewel of South Austin, Far Out Lounge, EVERY SUNDAY in January! Two big sets of Phish jams in a lovely outdoor setting alongside great food trucks and killer bar selection. If the weather is nice they’ll be on the main stage, if it’s chilly they will be on the stage in their massive heated tent. Food trucks will have weekly brunch specials, so come hungry!
