**Our Ancestors as Spirit Guides: A Deepening Journey at Flow Yoga Westgate**
Hosted by Nate Long “Owl”
Our ancestors’ spirits play a role in our daily lives, whether we recognize their influence or not. Some may guide us along paths that aren’t meant for us, while others offer support with integrity and honor. Through shamanic practices, we can foster a beneficial connection with our ancestors, tapping into their wisdom and guidance in times of need.
These more helpful ancestral spirits also help establish boundaries with those that may lead us astray. They guide our choices, helping us differentiate between what is healthy and what may be detrimental in our lives.
Join us for a journey to your ancestors, to establish a new relationship, or to strengthen an old one.

This Circle is for anyone interested in shamanic practice. Shamanism is not a religion or a dogma. It is not dependent on any particular organizational structure or belief system, but is a practical world view based on ancient understanding of the relationships between humans and nature or Spirit. The shamanic perspective on life and living is extremely relevant to the challenges and concerns of our modern world and ordinary life experiences, and is compatible with all religious and spiritual beliefs.
We would also like to offer some resources that should be helpful to you. Please do take advantage of them when you need to. They are free to download here: [http://bit.ly/spi_resources](http://bit.ly/spi_resources).
