As an Austinite, you’re basically required to love Willie Nelson — he’s a Texas treasure (if not a national one). Also, as an Austinite, you’re kind of required to attend at least one event at Auditorium Shores, and this weekend you can check off a couple of bucket list items FOR FREE.
This Saturday, September 29, Willie and sons and friends are hosting a rally for U.S. Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke, complete with music and fun. This free event will feature Willie Nelson, Leon Bridges, Lukas and Micah Nelson, Carrie Rodriguez, Tameca Jones, and Joe Ely.
